Referral Process

Our services are accessed through a local authority referral process. If you, or anybody you know is requiring support from any of the services we provided, please get in touch with your nearest local authority.

Assessment Process

A review and assessment are carried out for any young person that is referred to our service for support. To ensure we are able to fully meet their needs, the following aspects of the young person’s support needs and our services are considered:-

• Current support needs.
• Identified areas of risk.
• What things are more important to them as an individual?
• What they are seeking from the service.
• Proposed plan of support to be offered by the service.

Admission Process

If the outcome of the assessment is that we as a provider can meet the needs of the potential service user, the young person will be invited to visit the property. This will give them the opportunity to look around, meet other service users (group home) at the property and ask questions or seek clarification about anything they are unsure of.
